Each tier includes everything below it, so climbing costs the difference and never a restart. Rates are published, criteria are published, and nothing is negotiated — your price does not depend on who asked or how hard.

A corporate or philanthropic sponsor buys a block. $7,500 underwrites four seats, including kits and one Ambassador Day each.
The full library, documentation, curriculum, recorded training, and the community group.
Six organizations installed together: four virtual working sessions, one shared build day at the Hub, then one Ambassador Day of their own.
The system plus a working bench. Six Ambassador Days and three Setup Days a year.
Fourteen Ambassador Days, five Setup Days, priority booking, and one scoped custom program build annually.
One unit, defined tightly, because a loose definition is impossible to administer and unfair to price against.
Remote software configuration: pipeline stages, custom fields, intake forms, booking rules, communication templates, store, courses, analytics, and migration from whatever you run today.
Paying an Ambassador a percentage of your fee is the intuitive design and it is the wrong one. A percentage pays less on a discounted tier for identical work, so a sponsored nonprofit’s day would compensate the same person at a fraction of a corporate day.
So the deployment rate is flat and anchored to the work. Your tier determines what the Hub earns. It never determines what the Ambassador earns.
Included days are a promise, and a promise needs a denominator. Our Ambassadors are students, so the academic calendar is a real constraint and we plan around it rather than against it. The book is capped, and the caps are published.
The first three organizations in each of our three verticals get half off an install. In exchange: a documented case study, filming rights, outcome data, and reference calls.
Time-boxed, capped, and expiring. It is a launch mechanism, not a tier — and it is worth more to us than the revenue given up to get it.
