What We Can Already Point To.

A functioning Hub since Fall 2023, working with universities, community organizations, a city office, and a corporate sponsor. What follows is who we have worked with and what came of it.

Who We Have Worked With, and What Came of It

Program architecture

Jupiter Mission

A complete mission-framed program arc, run start to finish and then iterated into a follow-on rocket competition. Each cycle reused the framework and changed the payload.

Higher educationCurriculum
The impact

Participants came back. The follow-on competition reused the framework, so each cycle built on the last rather than starting over.

Client adaptation

Grace James Academy

A program designed around a partner’s specific pedagogy — culturally responsive and interdisciplinary — integrating coding, additive manufacturing, and 3D design.

CommunityCurriculum design
The impact

Students worked across coding, additive manufacturing, and 3D design inside the academy’s own pedagogy, rather than in a stock program run at them.

Civic partnership

SummerWorks

A six-week cohort of local high school students prototyping community-safety projects, delivered with the Mayor’s Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods.

CommunitySix weeks
The impact

Six weeks with the same cohort, alongside a city office. Long enough for each participant to finish a community-safety prototype they can show.

Renewed sponsorship

Jacobs Engineering

An existing corporate sponsor renewed its support of pop-up camps on the strength of documented outcomes, with a water-resources camp concept now in play.

CorporateRenewal
The impact

The sponsor renewed on documented outcomes. For a CSR or community-relations buyer, a renewal is worth more than any first-year testimonial.

Fabrication

The Presidential Medallion

A student redesigned and 3D-printed a lighter replica of the university medallion, now worn at ceremonies.

Higher educationStudent work
The impact

A student solved a real institutional problem, and the university adopted the result.

The demand

Organizations Are Already Asking

Five unsolicited group requests came in over a single summer and had to be turned away, including one for seventy-five people. We were built to deliver events, not to sell systems, so we said no.

That is what changed. The blueprint is not location-dependent: nothing in it requires our building.

Reference sitesThe first three organizations in each vertical get 50% off an install in exchange for a documented case study, filming rights, outcome data, and reference calls. Time-boxed, capped, and expiring — a launch mechanism rather than a tier.
How we report

Aggregate Counts, Never Student Data

What We Capture

Participant counts, outcomes, photographs where permitted, and facilitation debriefs — assembled into an evidence package at handover.

What We Never Capture

No prospective or enrolled student information from any institution. Not rosters, not applicants, not minors’ contact details. A field that exists will eventually get filled, so the field does not exist.

How It Is Formatted

To the report you actually have to file: recruitment funnel data, funder reporting, or a corporate giving report, depending on your vertical.
